Looks really nice, I think the eyes need a little bit of work, they seem a bit lifeless. Otherwise this is great work, and it's nice to see that you have been making changes and constantly improving it :)

You should try to add a little more dark shadows in his face and around his mouth ^^

A very sweet face. But it still needs more shading. Also under the nose and under the lips. Try it and you will see the portrait will get more natural.

I recommend more shading. You can never have too much shading on a painting. The shape of his face is perfect, as is his nose. The lips would look a bit more like they belonged on his face if there were shadows around his mouth. Really, the only thing that you need here is shading, and maybe some more detail on the hair. So yeah, this is pretty good! :D
